Three ball-bearing wheels and a slider with grommets made of durable plastic are responsible for the smooth movement of the weight along the guide. Thanks to the use of grommets, the metal slide does not peel the paint off the focuser frame, which prolongs the life of the powder coating that has been applied to the entire focuser. In addition, the set includes everything you need to start exercising right away: the lift, the slide, steel cables with snap hooks and rubber bumper, feet made of corrugated sheet metal, seat, adjustable locks and long bar MH-C001.

Long bar MH-C001 in set
The MH-C001 bar with a length of 108 cm and maximum load of 120 kg is designed for training many muscle groups. While working with the lift, you are able to sculpt your arm muscles as well as your shoulder, chest and back muscles.
Adjustable leg locks
The 35 x 35 mm profile lock will allow you to immobilize your legs while performing your workout, thus providing you with a stable and safe position. With 3 degrees of adjustment, it becomes an essential exercise accessory.
Load space
The lift is designed to work with free weights, which you will place on a strong rod with a diameter of fi25mm and length of 22 cm.
Anti-slip platforms
The lift is equipped with comfortable, anti-slip platforms made of thick corrugated sheet metal. They have a double purpose - you can use them, among other things, during back exercises on the bottom lift - you can rest your feet on them. You can also use them to stabilize the lift during arm muscle training.
Modern upholstery
Additional stitching on the upholstery, which we took care of in the MH-W102 2.0 model, makes it even stronger and more resistant to abrasion. Its design is also influenced by the perfect color combination.
