The machine also offers 3 different pulley stations – apart from the lat pulldown/high pulley and seated row/low pulley stations, there’s also an ab crunch/mid pulley station, which was specifically designed for firming, flattening and isolating the entire abdominal area. Thanks to its unique versatility, the lat pulldown/high pulley station allows you to increase the strength and endurance of your back muscles.
