The large Balance Board Set is suitable for anyone who wants to improve their balance or boost their functional strength training with an eco-friendly tool. Besides a high training effect, the large rollbrett set provides a high fun factor and a varied challenge.
The large balance board can be combined with the rollholz Pro, the mini roller, and the rollholz massage balls Ø 10 cm and Ø 7 cm, all included in the set.
The special feature of our large balance board is the three carved holes in the middle of the board. Combined with the massage ball Ø 10 cm or Ø 7 cm, the ankle joint, for example, is optimally trained in all its directions of movement. Thanks to the two different sizes of the rollholz massage balls, training variety and the fun factor can be increased even further!
The small balance board also guarantees plenty of variety and effective balance and functional strength training thanks to its innovative central cutout and the hole worked into it. The balance board can be combined with the rollholz mini roller or the massage balls Ø 10 cm or Ø 7 cm.
When put together, the small and large balance boards turn into a high-quality, aesthetic and practical piece of furniture that invites a little time-out.
