The UR-U017 exercise gate is characterized by high versatility - thanks to two adjustable lifts, it is possible to perform a wide range of exercises. If you want to focus on developing your chest muscles, you can do stretches or cross lift cables. Arms, triceps and biceps will be strengthened with upright arm straightening, arm bending with an underhand grip or, for example, wrist bending with an overhand grip.
The centrally located pull-up bar offers wide, narrow and inverted grips and enables a range of body weight exercises such as pull-ups and overhanging leg raises.

A versatile workout
.There are many options you can use to make your workout on the UR-U017 meet your needs. The lifts give you the option of installing both a one-handed grip, a cord and a bar so that your back muscles are strengthened during parallel exercises. If you want to add variety to your workout, you can also mount a leg brace, among other things.
Changing the load through the stack
.The U017 UR-U017 stack consists of 12 bars, each weighing 7.5 kg. A sticker has been placed on each bar indicating the weight in kilograms and pounds. Thanks to the stack, it becomes quick, easy and convenient to change the load and adjust it to the level of training you are doing. The maximum load is 120 kg.
