The knife's handle was injection molded from impact-resistant polymer, making it maintenance-free. In addition, texturing was applied to it, allowing it to build a secure grip even in a wet or dirty hand. The well-thought-out polymer sheath with drainage hole doesn't retain water, and with no fabric or leather present, it's extremely easy to clean, so it won't be harmed by temporarily storing a knife dirty from resin or food residue.
