This set of boxes for indirect grilling is used to cook food away from the direct heat of the charcoal.
The indirect grilling method is used for larger dishes that take more time to prepare, such as a whole chicken, ribs and more. Indirect grilling is slow and gentle, so food does not get unintentionally burned.
The boxes are placed in the grill so that they do not glow directly beneath the food. They are filled with already lit charcoal. During grilling this helps distribute the heat more evenly.
The set contains 2 of these stainless steel boxes. Each box measures 36 x 11.5 x 7.5 cm. It is suitable for both square and round grills of the appropriate size.
