The MARGHERITA gas tabletop pizza oven is designed for easy use and quick pizza preparation.
It offers an interior space of 31 x 38 cm fitted with a square cordierite pizza stone measuring 30 x 30 cm. Thanks to its porosity, the cordierite stone quickly absorbs moisture and then gradually releases it, ensuring perfectly crispy dough.
The oven features a high-output gas burner for concentrated, rapid heating. The burner comes with piezo ignition for easy flame lighting, controlled from the rear of the oven. The control also allows smooth, continuous adjustment of the output.
The oven is made of stainless steel with a sturdy design and three folding legs.
The burner assembly is secured by two locking screws at the rear of the oven. By loosening them, the assembly can be easily removed for convenient maintenance.
