NOHRD StepBox Kirsche

The versatile StepBox offers various options for strength and endurance training and is everything you need for a balanced workout. The included equipment is stored behind the curved step boards.

The two rounded side panels are made of high-quality veneered plywood with a solid cherry wood frame. They also serve as functional step benches or training benches for the equipment stored behind them.

The padded top of the NOHRD StepBox serves as a comfortable seat or bench during your workout, but also as a lid for the internal compartments. Inside the NOHRD StepBox is storage space for the included training equipment, so everything stays organized and out of sight.

The four resistance tubes with different tensions (10, 20, 40 and 50) are stored space-savingly under the padded lids. Using carabiners, they are attached to extendable hooks at the bottom of the StepBox and, combined with the ball-bearing handles, are used for various exercises.
