NOHRD StepTower Shadow

The rounded side panels are made of high-quality veneered plywood with a solid frame of black-stained beech wood. They serve not only as a design element but also as functional step benches or training benches. Behind them, the entire training equipment is neatly stored - for order and a tidy fitness ambience.

Inside the NOHRD StepTower, a complete dumbbell set is elegantly integrated and always within reach. Different weight levels allow for targeted strength training - from functional full-body exercises to classic dumbbell workouts. This makes the StepTower a comprehensive solution for endurance, strength and functional training at home.

The padded top serves as a comfortable seat or training bench. By using the step boards individually or stacked, different heights are created for seated exercises, lying positions or dynamic step workouts. The modular design opens up numerous possibilities for an effective and varied full-body workout in the smallest of spaces.

The four resistance bands can be flexibly attached with carabiners on all sides at the base of the NOHRD StepTower. Available in different strengths, they offer individually adjustable training options for strength, mobility and functional workouts at home.

On the opposite side of the integrated dumbbell set, the StepTower conceals a complete set of yoga and wellness tools. Two cork yoga blocks, a fascia roller and a cork mat form the basis for stretching, mobility and recovery. Resistance bands and two ball-bearing training handles made of solid wood complete the equipment. Everything is neatly stored inside - for varied workouts as well as relaxing recovery routines in a stylish system.
