Rollholz is a sustainable fascia roller from the Black Forest for self-massage and recovery. The soft groove spares your spine while rolling, allowing an optimal distribution of pressure. This makes the compression on the muscles feel pleasant. Arm and leg muscles can therefore be treated precisely and in isolation.
Whether for warming up, boosting circulation, or after sport - to speed up recovery or release tension - the rollholz can be used for acute, chronic, and preventive purposes alike. Our handcrafted rollholz combines optimal functionality, aesthetics, feel, and ecology. Made of oak, it is a recovery roller measuring 30 cm x ø14 cm with standard rails, requiring no assembly.
