The mini roller made of ash wood is the ideal companion for targeted treatment of chronic and acute tension or the release of "tight" connective tissue structures. The mini roller can also be used preventively in many ways: for warming up before training, to prevent tension, or to support recovery after a training session.
Thanks to the wide contact surface of the mini roller, tissue structures of the soles of the feet, calves, thighs, and forearm muscles can be rolled out or stroked over a large area. The rounded sides are suitable for targeted treatment, especially in the neck, shoulder, and chest area.
