This 7 cm massage ball made of oak wood is especially suited for the targeted massage of tense and strained muscle tissue, such as in the back or the soles of the feet. Thanks to the solid wood material and the 7 cm diameter, even deep-lying and tense muscle tissue can be reached and released without causing excessive pressure.
The massage ball (Ø 7 cm) can be used for warming up before training, self-massage, preventing and releasing tension, as well as for regeneration after a training session. It also finds its use in balance and functional strength training in combination with our roller boards.
