The large 10 cm massage ball made of oak wood is particularly suitable for targeted rolling of the back of the thighs and the glute muscles. Thanks to the solid wood material and the 10 cm diameter, it provides ideal pressure distribution, allowing even deep-seated muscle tension to be reached and released.
The massage ball (Ø 10 cm) can be used for warming up before training, self-massage, or to prevent and release tension. It is also used for regeneration after a training session, and finds its application in balance training as well, in combination with our balance boards.
