The 7 cm massage ball made of walnut wood is especially suited for the targeted massage of tense and strained muscle tissue, such as in the back or the soles of the feet. Thanks to the solid wood material and the 7 cm diameter, even deep-lying and tense muscle tissue can be reached and released without applying excessive pressure.
The massage ball (Ø 7 cm) can be used for warming up before training, self-massage to prevent and relieve tension, as well as for recovery after a training session. It is also useful in balance and functional strength training, in combination with our roller boards.
