The sustainable yoga block set from rollholz is the ideal support for all yoga exercises that still present a bit of a challenge. The yoga block acts as a kind of extension of the arms and legs, shortening the distance to the floor or the yoga mat. However, the rollholz yoga block set is also perfectly suited as an aid for mobilisation, stabilisation or strength exercises. Whether used flat or on edge, our yoga blocks provide the necessary stability thanks to the natural product wood. They are robust, dimensionally stable and, thanks to 100% alder wood, also easy to care for and hygienic.
