Back Adjustment System

The backrest and seat of the MH-L107 bench can be set in seven positions and the angle of the backrest can be adjusted from -10° to 76° This will allow you to get a comprehensive workout for your chest and shoulder muscles. It is worth noting that the backrest moves in relation to the stands while setting positive angles. This allows you to comfortably and safely remove the barbell from the forks of the racks while bench press.
