The Solomon MFT-A013 Ladder is an instrument designed to be mounted on the posts of cages and rigs in the FT functional training system. The Solomon Ladder offers one of the most challenging workouts, the moving bar climb. This inspiring challenge requires strength, agility and high-level motor coordination. Note! We recommend using a belay mattress! The FT system structure shown in the photos is not part of the kit. You get five belay levels with 20 cm increments and a steel cable secured movable climbing bar.
