BALANCE, COORDINATION & STABILITY
Innovative balance board
The unique Eau-Me Board is a balance board that significantly extends your training programme. Filled with water, the board constantly and dynamically reacts to your movements, adding an extra challenge to your balance and core stability training.
Traditional exercises such as squats, sit-ups, lunges and push-ups become more effective: the water is in constant motion, prompting the body to activate stabilising muscles. The result: improved coordination and core strength. We recommend using the Eau-Me Board on a gym mat.
With a real wood veneer footplate and a diameter of 64 cm, the Eau-Me Board impresses with a sturdy plastic housing filled with approx. 6.5 litres of water.
