It is a self-inflating pillow, that uses technology, where after opening the inflatable valve, the foam core begins to fill up with air, then caused by expansion, the pillow regains its traditional shape.
The procedure for deflation is the same as for ordinary inflatable accessories, i.e. by pressing and squeezing out the remaining air.
