Knife Sharpener Ganzo Touch Pro Steel

Ganzo Touch Pro Steel is a precision knife sharpening system completely made of steel. This sharpener is extremely durable. To increase the stability of the sharpening process, the base is adapted to be mounted on the table with special screws.

It is also worth noting that the Ganzo Touch Pro Steel sharpener is more compact than previous models, making it easier to transport. Touch Pro Steel is a model with which a person with no experience will sharpen his knives without any problems, as well as an experienced "knifemaker" will bring the cutting edge to perfection with it. The sharpener provides the user with considerable flexibility throughout the sharpening process. From choosing the stone to setting the angle of the guide rod, the knife will be sharpened exactly as the user wants it. Blade clamps reduce the risk of damaging the knife's cutting edge by accidentally skewing it relative to the sharpening surface. The blade always remains in the correct position and at the correct angle to the sharpening stone.

The set comes with four types of grinding stones, each with a different gradation. This allows you to prepare the knife for work very carefully, from basic sharpening to repairing a damaged knife cutting edge.

With the sharpener you can easily sharpen any knife, scissors or gardening tools.
