The base of the Ganzo Touch Pro Ultra sharpener is designed so that the sharpening process is safe and comfortable. The base system allows for stable mounting of the knife and adjusting the appropriate sharpening angle and setting a comfortable angle for the entire sharpening system. Thanks to four sharpening stones with different gradations, we are able to perform a full cycle of sharpening or repairing a damaged cutting edge.
The Ganzo Touch Pro Ultra set contains four stones with a gradation of 120, 320, 600, 1500, which are securely packed in an adapted cover. Sharpening system with guides and accessories such as a marker and a cleaning cloth. Everything is packed in an aesthetic box.
