Lansky Filet & Bait Sharpener LSTCF is a lightweight, portable tungsten whetstone with forced angle, for sharpening filleting knives.

The sharpener has an ergonomic rubberized handle with a comfortable thumb rest, which ensures comfort and stability of the grip during use. Thanks to the durable and very light structure, the sharpener will be perfect as an accessory for any tourist kitchen.

Sharpening with this whetstone is extremely simple and requires no experience. You only need to pull the blade from root to tip through the sharpening slot a few times until you are satisfied with the sharpness.

The tungsten carbide abrasive surfaces have been fixed at a constant, forced angle of approx. 22.5 ° (per side), therefore the Lansky LSTCF is best suited for sharpening filleting or kitchen knives.

A cutout in the handle allows you to insert a security cable. Due to the extremely high hardness of the abrasive, which aggressively picks up the material, the blade should not be pressed down hard when sharpening.
