Light My Fire Tinder-on-a-Rope is a natural, highly-resilient kindling that greatly facilitates lighting a fire when the wood is wet, raining or freezing.
The kindling was made of Montezuma pine, which grows only in the mountains of Mexico and Guatemala. Montezuma pine has an exceptionally high resin content (80%), thanks to which its wood ignites quickly, provides a lot of heat and maintains a high-calorific fire for a long time.
In unfavorable weather conditions, it is enough to cut some chips from the brush and use flint or other source of fire. Only a few sparks and a small amount of shavings are enough to initiate fire.
A short cord with a stopper is threaded through the hole in the log, making it easier to carry and improving the grip. Light My Fire Tinder-on-a-Rope is extremely efficient, has a refreshing smell and, most importantly, costs very little.
