The blade is made of 440 type stainless steel, so you don't have to worry about knife maintenance. Optimal hardening gives the steel hardness, wear resistance and allows it to be sharpened relatively easily. The Ganzo Firebird F620-G1 has a concave ground blade. Thanks to it, the blade cuts efficiently and does not get stuck in the material. Add to this the low thickness of the blade, you can be sure that it is a tool with great cutting properties. The black coating protects the blade from scratching.
