The Ganzo Firebird FH41-BK is a minimalist everyday knife equipped with a D2 tool steel blade, the popular liner-lock blockade, and slender facings made of light and durable G10 laminate.
The blade with a typically working drop-point profile (flat cut) has an optimal length of 88 mm, thanks to which the knife will cope with most of the tasks that we have to face every day. The blade is made of hard and durable D2 tool steel hardened to 58-60 HRC.
D2 is the most corrosion-resistant carbon steel, which is characterized by high abrasion resistance, long maintenance of working sharpness and aggressive cutting. During sharpening, it is recommended to use diamond sharpeners, which significantly speed up the entire process.
A milled flipper is used to unfold the blade with one hand, convenient for right and left-handed people. Transverse cutters used on the back of the blade (thumb ramp) allow for sure thumb support and stable blade guidance.
After unfolding the blade, it is locked with the popular liner-lock, a mechanism valued for durability and comfort of use.
The knife's handle is made of simple cladding made of black G10 laminate, a material resistant to mechanical impact, high temperature and the action of some active chemicals. The knife weighs only 101 g, so it does not burden our pocket and does not cause discomfort during everyday carrying.
The deep-seated clip allows you to discreetly carry the knife in your pocket.
