The Ganzo ax is made of 3CR13 steel (modified 440A steel) and a polymer handle. Steel of the 3CR13 class is a stainless material, the ax can be used in all weather conditions. The blade is protected against mechanical damage, as well as covered with a resistant black paint that prevents reflection of sunlight during operation, which increases safety. The head at the base is 4.4 cm wide, widens to 8 cm towards the blade. The handle is made of durable plastic, resistant to impacts and temperature changes. The handle widens towards the end to prevent accidental slipping from the hand, its width is 35mm, length is 347mm. There is a lanyard hole at the end. An additional advantage is that the hatchet can be used as a hammer.
There is a saw in the center of the handle, easily accessible when needed. The total length of the saw is 300 mm, where the blade length is 180 mm in the same quality steel as the ax head. The tip of the saw blade is rounded. The light yellow handle is made of ASB plastic. As with the ax, the handle extends towards the end and has a lanyard hole. There are finger grooves at the bottom of the handle for a better grip.
The third element of the set is a flint, which allows you to light a fire in any weather conditions. The advantage of flint is that it will not break down like a lighter and will not get wet like matches. The length is 70 mm and the weight is only 11 grams. The flint container is in the hatchet head cover. The cover is made of yellow plastic and completely covers the ax blade when carrying and storing. The cover is equipped with a convenient carrying handle.
