The Silky Gomboy hand saw blades are made of high-carbon steel and their shape is precisely cut with a laser. The surface of the saw is chrome-plated, which protects it from rust and the harmful effects of external factors on the blade. The main advantage of Gomboy saws is the saw blade teeth. Aggressive teeth are ground in four planes, and induction hardening hardens only the edges of the teeth, while the rest of them is soft and flexible, which protects the teeth against possible breakage during work. In addition, the surface of the cutting part is polished in the shape of an hourglass, thanks to which there is no possibility of blocking the saw during cutting. The tooth profile reduces the resistance while cutting, and the cut material is not jerky. All Silky Gomboy saw models have replaceable blades.
Silky Gomboy saws are equipped with an ergonomic handle made of durable and rubberized material. The handle material prevents the saw from slipping out of the hand and ensures comfortable and safe work. The cut surfaces are therefore perfectly smooth. The cut is made by pulling the blade towards you without using excessive force.
The Silky hand saw model Gomboy 7 is equipped with a 210 mm blade and a functional case that protects the saw while carrying it. The case has a loop fastener that can be fastened to the waist. Thanks to the possibility of folding the saw (two positions of setting the blade in the open position), we obtain a compact tool that does not take up much space in a tourist backpack or a hunter's handbag.
