DC30 HMS is a bar combined with rubber bands, thanks to which we can perform a wide range of exercises. Lightweight device for versatile use. It can replace thera bands, with the difference that it will be more comfortable to use. It will prove useful in any type of training or rehabilitation.
DC30 can be used to train both the upper and lower muscle groups. It will find its application at any level of advancement of the exercising person. It can also be used to improve mobility, joint range of motion and coordination.
Exercises can be performed by putting the rubbers on feet and performing movements with the bar, or the other way round, holding the bar with legs and stretching the rubbers.
