With this solution, we can engage the muscle to work and grow in different ways. Changing the grip from a wide, to a narrow one causes the muscle to stretch more or less during the exercise. On the other hand, the intermediate - oblique grip will help activate all muscle attachments. The special layout of the handle makes the exercises comfortable and convenient in any case. Knurling prevents the griffin from slipping from the hands.
