DSC01 HMS is a wooden crate for cross training. By turning the box over on different sides, you can get three heights and adjust it to your level of fitness.
The material of the crate is wooden plywood, which creates puzzle-like overlaps, ensuring stability and durability of the structure.
Additionally, they ensure shoes grip during jumps.
The edges of the box have been sanded and the middle reinforced, making the training safe.
Two cut-out holes make it easy to carry the box.
