UW03 HMS to a single grip intended for high or low pulley training. It can be used for a wide range of exercise of various muscle sections in the upper body, starting from small muscle groups such as the biceps an triceps, through deltoid muscles, to back and chest muscles. Rough, steel handpiece prevents the tool from slipping out of the hand, and at the same time it requires from us a stronger grip. This means we are working on the development of forearm muscles as well. Construction of top quality steel enables workout with big load. Rotating handle installed in model UW03 ensures faster and effective workout of such muscle sections, which cannot be covered by a classic grip.
