UW12 HMS is a short bar designed for training on the upper and lower bar. It can be used for a wide range of exercises for different muscle groups of the upper body, starting with small muscle groups, such as biceps and triceps, through the front and lateral shoulder muscle acton, up to the widest muscles and back extensor. The narrow spacing of the handles helps keep the elbows close to the torso. This is important in training alternative muscle attachments to the wide grip. The rubberized handle allows for a secure and comfortable grip. It prevents the bar from slipping out of your hands. The grip is made of high quality steel, which enables training with a significant load. The UW12 HMS model will allow you to perfectly develop muscle groups.
