UW15 HMS is a hooked bar designed for training on the overhead and underlift. It can be used for a wide range of exercises for different muscle groups of the upper body, starting with small muscle groups, such as biceps and triceps, through the front and lateral shoulder muscle acton, up to the back widener muscles and back extensor. It is made of high quality steel, which allows you to train with a significant load. Its length and the spacing of the rubberized handles guarantee many grip options, from very narrow to very wide. Thanks to this, the grip will allow, with each exercise, to develop the muscles at different lengths of their attachments. At their widest points, the handles are angled, which helps to draw the elbows towards the torso when performing an overhead bar pull-up, thus maintaining a better exercise technique. During the workout the grip allows to engage alternative muscle attachments in comparison to the straight grip exercises. This is facilitated by the extreme handles, set in a neutral grip. Additionally, they are rubberized, which ensures a secure and comfortable grip, without the fear of slipping the tool from your hands.
