UWC31 are double handles, designed for training on the upper or lower pulley, or for attaching training bands. They can be used for a whole range of exercises for different muscle groups in the upper body, starting with small groups such as the biceps and triceps, through the deltoids, up to the back and chest.

Foam handles guarantee the comfort of exercising, protecting against blisters on the hands. In addition, the soft handle automatically makes the grip tighter, which means that the forearm muscles will be strongly engaged during exercise. High-quality straps with which we attach the handles to the lift, allow training with a significant load.
