The PSTX05 HMS is a belt that allows you to increase the load while performing exercises in which you traditionally use your own body weight. Our belt is ideal for people who want to achieve much better training results in a shorter time. Most often, it is used when pulling up on a bar or performing Swedish push-ups and horizontal push-ups at a height. The steel chain, which is attached to the belt, allows to hang weights. This allows for quick and easy adjustment of its weight. Short links make it lay down smoothly on any curve radius. The shape of the belt helps to minimize the load on the lumbar part of the spine.
