Scandinavian functionality
Kansbol is a universal outdoor knife equipped with a fixed blade made of Swedish stainless steel hardened to a hardness of 57-58 HRC. Steel with such parameters is perfect for working knives, because it is highly resistant to corrosion, remains sharp for a long time and is easy to sharpen in the field. Stainless steel, unlike carbon steel, does not require special maintenance, apart from regular sharpening and keeping the blade clean. The 109 mm long drop-point blade has a double cut : Scandinavian (in the middle of the blade) designed for heavier work, and a profiled thinner cut ideal for precise tasks. Additional functionality of the knife is provided by the flat spine of the blade, which makes it easier to light the fire with the flint .
Non-slip grip
The profiled handle is made of rubber and thermoplastic polyurethane resistant to mechanical damage and difficult weather conditions. The textured grip is handy and comfortable to use, and thanks to the extended base, the user's hand is also protected against slipping on the blade.
To carry the knife safely on the belt, a polymer sheath with a lock on the so-called interference.
Mini survival kit
The knife comes with a handy survival kit that has everything a true bushcraft enthusiast needs. Its compact form does not noticeably increase the weight of the knife, but it contains the most useful accessories in the field: a tinder, a sharpener and a piece of rope.
The set has a modular design, which consists of a polymer clamp that slides over the knife sheath, an integrated diamond whetstone, a detachable flint and a rope. The survival kit can be easily attached to the sheath (press-fit) and easily removed if necessary. The perfect accessory for every hunter, tourist and bushcraft enthusiast.
