The Zero ToleranceZT Sinkevich 0450CF is a refined gentleman folder knife, featuring a ball-bearing CPM-35VN steel blade, titanium and carbon fiber liners, and a convenient flipper unfolding system.
The Zero Tolerance ZT 0450 is one of the most successful fruits of Zero Tolerance's collaboration with Belarusian designer Dmitry Sinkevich, who has launched a series of designer, highly functional everyday knives produced from the highest quality materials.
American stainless steel
The 82mm long head is made of American CPM-S35VN powder steel. This grade of stainless steel is characterized by high impact strength (hardening 58-60 HRC), wear and corrosion resistance and extremely long sharpness retention.
Unlike its predecessor CPM- S30V, CPM- S35VN is much easier to sharpen due to the finer grain of the steel and the admixture of niobium. However, due to the high hardenability and impact strength of CPM-S35VN steel, we recommend using diamond whetstones for sharpening.
The blade has been treated with a black wear-resistant DLC (Diamond Like Carbon)coating, which reduces wear on the steel and prevents corrosion. Thanks to the use of a strong tip, gentle curvature of the edge and a flat grind, the blade penetrates perfectly and provides very good cutting properties.
The thickness of the blade at its widest point is 3 mm, which is a compromise between durability and functionality of the knife in everyday work. On the back of the blade are applied transverse cutters, which create a very stable place of support for the thumb or index finger.

Instant unfolding of the blade
The blade is unfolded with one hand using a milled flipper, a solution convenient for both right- and left-handed users. KVT ball bearings are installed on the axis of the blade, thanks to which the blade works very smoothly and dynamically, making the daily use of the knife a pure pleasure.
Work safety
A monolithic frame-lock equipped with a hardened steel insert against titanium abrasioneffectively protects the head from accidental folding. Frame-lock is a solid lock considered one of the most durable locking mechanisms, characterized by resistance to dirt and very comfortable operation.
Modern materials
The knife has contoured liners made of the highest quality materials, i.e. titanium and carbon fiber. Titanium is characterized by light weight, total resistance to corrosion, mechanical damage, and is not sensitive to high temperatures, acids and seawater.
Carbon fiber is an extremely lightweight and durable material, which undeniably gives the knife a prestigious look. The elegant character of the knife is emphasized by polished spacer sleeves strikingly anodized in emerald green.
Convertible clip
Discreet carrying of the knife in the pocket is made possible by a high-set clip with the possibility of mounting on both sides of the handle. On the handle, in addition to the clip, there is also a hole for attaching a decorative braid or safety line.
