The UWC91 HMS are double handles, designed for training on an upper or lower lift, or for attaching exercise bands. You can use them for a whole range of exercises for different muscle groups of the upper body, starting with small groups such as biceps and triceps, through shoulder muscles, up to the back and chest. The material with which the handles are covered ensures comfort of exercise by protecting against imprints on the hands. In addition, the ideally matched diameter of the handles automatically makes you tighten your grip, which means that the muscles in your forearms will be strongly engaged during the exercises. High quality straps with which we attach the handles to the lift, allow for training with a significant load.
