UWC91 HMS is a double handle designed designed for training involving the top or the bottom pulley, or attaching training bands. You can use it for a whole range of exercises of different upper body muscle groups, starting from small groups like biceps and triceps, through the shoulder muscles and finally to the back and chest.
The handles covering material warrants the comfort of exercises by protecting hands from corns. Additionally, perfectly adjusted diameter of the handle automatically forces tighter gripping, which makes the forearm muscles are strongly involved into the exercise.
