The SmartGym SG11 exercise bench is one of the most versatile pieces of equipment you will find in home gyms. The SmartGym bench is equipped with backrest and seat adjustment. In this model, you have three angles of seat adjustment and as many as five angles of backrest adjustment! Thanks to the use of strong 40x40 mm profiles and thick metal plates connecting the individual elements of the bench, we guarantee full stability of the equipment, which significantly affects the safety of your workout. Thick upholstery with ergonomic shapes allows you to train even more comfortably. All metal components have been powder coated, which guarantees a perfect surface finish.

The bench has thick upholstery with ergonomic shapes, which allows for an even more comfortable workout. Additional stitching on the upholstery makes it even stronger and more resistant to abrasion.
Five back angles and three seat angles
The SG11 bench has up to five back angles and three seat levels of adjustment! You can set the bench for shoulder exercises, overhead obliques, and horizontal bench presses with one hand.
The bench is 48 cm high when set horizontally. With this design, even shorter people will be able to confidently place their feet on the ground while bench pressing barbells horizontally.
Plastic feet
