A very handy tool from the Extra Carp brand, with which you can easily and accurately tie and measure your hair for bolies or other bait that you want to place under the hook. With this tool you can always precisely determine and tie any length of hair from 10 - 40 mm.
Dimensions are marked on both sides of the tool for easier use for both right-handers and left-handers.
