Swedish stainless steel
The knife has a 35mm long blade, made of modified Sandvik 12C27M stainless steel hardened to a hardness of 57-58 HRC. Thanks to the admixture of chromium, the Swedish steel is resistant to corrosion and requires no special maintenance. 12C27M is a pure fine-grained alloy with high carbon content (min. 0.40%), which is distinguished by good wear resistance, and satisfactory retention. Thanks to such parameters, the blade stays sharp for a long time, is resistant to corrosion and wear, and is easy to sharpen. The blade is unfolded with two hands using a nail cutout. The compact knives of the Colorama series do not have a blade lock.
Wooden handle
French hornbeam wood is used for the handle, with a varnish coating to protect it from dirt and moisture. The handle has a traditional oval profile that widens at the end, making the knife comfortable and secure in the hand. The knife can be attached to the keys with a steel ring.
