The counter weight pulley system which consists of two sets of weight stacks (100 kg on each side), allowing the really strong guys to lift up to 200 kg! On the moving exercise arms, you can increase the resistance using weight plates or resistance bands. As for the accessories, there are as many as 8 additional cable pulley extensions and an ankle strap. Then there are barbell holders and safety stoppers, a removable foam roller, additional weight plate storage pegs and a rod for connecting the exercise arms.

Multifunctional moving exercise arms
The main feature of the Power Rack inSPORTline Cable Column CC700 is the removable exercise arms. They are attached to the frame using special pegs, and you can choose where on the frame you want them. It’s an incredibly versatile accessory, as it allows you to alternate between the two arms or connect them together with a barbell and do double-handed exercises. What’s more, you can also attach grips on the inside of the arms, and in 3 different positions to boot. When in the low position, the arms can be attached to the cable pulley system. Otherwise you adjust the resistance by adding/removing weight plates. And if you feel like you can do even more, you can use resistance loops, which you can attach to the metal pegs in the base.

Counterweight guide rods with top-class bearings allow for a smooth movement and a safe workout. Thanks to a safety lock, you won’t need a sparring partner. And you can do much more than just lifts, squats and deadlifts. The machine also boasts a leg press plate, so if you own/get a bench, you can really work on your thighs and calves!
Moving counterweight pulleys
The cable pulley system is the main part of each power rack. This one consists of moving counterweight pulleys that you can move vertically. You can do upper and lower pulley exercises, including low pulley cable rows. To allow you to make full use of the system, the machine comes with as many as 8 extensions, including a double-handed barbell for connecting the two pulleys together, a tricep rope and an ankle strap.
Multi-purpose pull-up bar
The stable base and heavy frame allow you to put everything into your chin-ups and dips. You can choose from 5 different grips and therefore focus on different muscles groups. What’s more, the pull-up bar is rubber-coated and ergonomic. In the same position there’s also an eyelet for attaching a resistance band.
