The 86 mm long blade is made of Swedish 14C28N stainless steel hardened between 58-60 HRC. Due to the high purity of the alloy, 14C28N steel is distinguished by its high hardness, corrosion resistance and, importantly for the user, long maintenance of working sharpness.

The folder can be opened with a thumb stud on both sides. Also, the DuraLock lock, similar to the otherwise familiar Axis Lock, is double-sided.
